After the scheme of governing air pollution in Beijing Tianjin and Hebei in Antumn and Winter of 2017-2018 released by MEP, the local government of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei also release their own policy to improve FOG and HAZE in Autumn and Winter of 2017-2018. Policy from Beijing says the production is stopped running for 4 months from 15/11/2017 to 15/03/2018, these lines are all kinds of road projects, water conservancy projects, earth and stone working, housing demolition opearating etc., which will lead to dust occuring. Tianjin and Hebei are 6 months from October 2017 to March 2018, the same lines with Beijing. Besides these policys, steel, coal carbonization, casting, construction materials have to be produced by plans arranged. All these measurements will and affect production of pigments and dyes definitely. Till now, dimethylglyoxal and DCB (3,3'-dichlorobenzidine) has been out of supply, which lead to production of AABI, AAOA, AAPA, AAOT etc, and they affect Pigment Red, Pigment Yellow 12/13/14/83, Pigment Orange 13/34 etc.
